SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR SUPERVISING JUMPING CASTLES
- Supervision of children on a castle should be by a person of minimum of 18 years
- The Supervisor should ensure that no more than Eight (8) children are on the castle at any one time.
- The castle will be anchored either by four (4) heavy pegs or it can be anchored by a rope to a secure permanent fixture.
- Castle should be held down securely at all times whilst in operation. If any part of the holding down system becomes detached, it is the Supervisors responsibility to clear all children within the castle. (And if necessary, deflate it until it can be securely restrained).
- Keep children clear from back of the castle, so there is no temptation for them to touch the electric blower or detach the plugs.
- The castle shown be deflated in the event of gale force or strong winds.
- No Food, Drinks or shoes are allowed on the castle and smoking is not permitted on or near the castle.
- Streamers or Face painting are not permitted on the castle as they will stain the PVC.
- When the children are exiting the castle, they should slide not jump.
No Adults on the castle unless a Child is in distress
