Can you stay & supervise?
We do not stay and supervise our castles.
We have safety guidelines for you to have an awesome party/event under your supervision.
Competent supervision on jumping castles is easy to understand after reading our guidelines which will be handed to you on the day.
What is your normal service area?
The area we cover is Mildura, Merbein, Nichols Point, Buronga, Gol Gol, Red Cliffs. For all other areas please contact us for a price.
Of course we will travel outside of the normal service area. Please contact us for a price.
We can do a overnight hires for certain castles. Cost is $350. Overnight hires are set up in the afternoon and picked up the very next morning. Please contact us for details.
Our public liability insurance covers us up to $10 000 000. Which allows us to participate in community fairs, fetes etc.
Generally our castles are suitable from around the age of 18 months to about 10 years of age. Of course, you know your children better than we do. Please remember your child's safety is the first priority for us.
You may hire the castle for as long as you like. There is however a minimum of three hours.
Is there any Cancellation fees?
There are no cancellations fees, a courtesy call or message will be appreciated.
There are many safety precautions. If you hire a castle for self supervision, it is your responsibility to ensure these precautions are adhered to. These are attached to each castle for easy reference. Most importantly, adult supervision is required at all times. Safety guidelines will be handed to you upon set up.
